Today is Women's Day! I'm here to support my fellow woman by sharing some of my favorite female authors. These girls have all written amazing books and some are seriously unhyped. Happy Women's Day everyone! Jenna Evans Welch     Jenna Evans Welch has been a favorite author of mine for a while now. The Love & Gelato  series is such fun contemporary books but I love how all of them are a little bit more at the same time. I currently own all of her books but the teasers of her next book that she's posted on Instagram have been driving me crazy! I can't wait for it to come out. Her books: Love & Gelato Love & Luck Love & Olives V ictoria Aveyard     Red Queen was one of the first YA books I've read. From the very beginning, I was hooked. It's such a thrilling fantasy series and I couldn't put it down. You can trust that I'm counting down the days for the release of Realm Breaker! Her books: Red Queen Glass Sword King's Cage Serena V...

Olive (aka Liv) hasn't seen her father since she was eight. But all that changes when she receives a postcard in the mail. Liv's dad wants her to fly all the way to Greece to shoot a documentary for National Geographic. Together, they're going to finally find Atlantis, the lost city that they bonded over when Liv was little. She isn't totally thrilled at first. Then she meets Theo, her father's cute protege. In just ten days, Liv learns that lost things can be found, including Atlantis.      Love & Olives  was great! I love this book beyond words. At the time of reading this book (around the beginning of August), I was hit by the dreaded curse we readers call the READING SLUMP! (cue the dramatic music.) I'm so glad that I picked up this book because once I started reading, I didn't want to stop.      Not only did I love the story, but I also loved the characters. Jenna Evans Welch has this amazing talent for writing lovable characters tha...

Addie is visiting Ireland for the summer for her aunt's huge TV wedding. She's hoping for a distraction from her recent heartbreak. But her brother, Ian, won't give her a break. He's pressuring her to tell their mom but Addie is against that at all costs. The two have gone from having a close bond to bickering every few seconds. After finding a guidebook called Ireland for the Heartbroken , maybe she'll be okay. Addie just can't wait to visit her friend in Italy when this is all over. But then plans change and she meets Rowan, a dashing Irish boy.         Warning: this book will destroy your soul. I loved Love & Luck  SO MUCH! I can't express how amazing this book was. Jenna's writing was great! She made me feel like I was in the Emerald Isle right alongside Addie. I loved the sarcastic and quirky narration too.         To sum up the first 100 pages of Love & Luck : secrets, lies, and black eyes. Addie kept this big secret for most ...

Lina's only there because it's her mother's dying wish that she got to meet her father. But what kind of father isn't around for sixteen years? That's what Lina is trying to figure out. But then she is given a journal that her mother kept when she was in Italy. Lina is counting the days until she can return to the states. Then she meets Ren who helps her unearth her mother's secret. A secret that will change the way she thought of her mother, father, and even herself.         OH MY FREAKING GOD! I LOVED THIS BOOK! This is my favorite book no doubt about it. I loved this book so much. This book gave me such a craving for gelato. The day I finished it, I went straight to Sweet Mia's to go and get some stracciatella gelato. Stracciatella is a vanilla flavor with chocolate but Lina will explain in the book how heavenly it tastes.         ...
