Love & Gelato
I had this book on my TBR shelf for months and why I haven't read it before I don't know. THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE BOOK!!! Jenna Evans Welch is my new favorite author!
Love & Gelato
After I finished this book, I just wanted more. I then came across this post, 7 Reasons to Read Love & Gelato on Riveted.
This book just made me want to get up and go to Italy. Too bad I don't have my passport yet...

Quotes:
- "Turns out there's a reason they call it falling in love because when it happens- really happens- that's exactly how it feels. There's no doing or trying, you just let go and hope that someone's going to be there to catch you."
- "A life without love is like a year without summer."
- "Before I could catch it, my heat slammed straight down to my feet, leaving me with a massive hole in my chest. It was amazing how I could just be going along doing okay, and then suddenly- wham- I missed her so much even my fingernails hurt."
- "I thought I wanted caprice and fir but it turns out that what I really want is someone who will make me up early so I don't miss a sunrise."
- "And yes. I'd totally just compared the only guy I'd ever felt this way about to a ham sandwich."
Love & Luck
- "A good friend is like a four-leaf clover. Hard to find lucky to have."
- "This time I really let loose. "I AM MY OWN HERO!"
- "Labels aren't big enough for people. And once you try and categorize someone, you stop looking at who they actually are."
- "Hearts break and open until they stay open. It's what they were made to do. The pain? It's part of the deal. A small exchange for the while, joyful mess you'll be handed in return."
- "I know you've got this, but if there's ever a moment when you don't, you got me."
Love & Olives
Liv hasn't spoken to her father since she was eight. But all that changes when he invites her to come to Greece to help shoot a National Geographic documentary on Atlantis. Liv isn't thrilled at first. As she reconnects with her father and becomes closer with Theo- his cute protege- Liv learns that lost things really can be found.
So according to Goodreads, these are the only books that Jenna Evans Welch has written. Also, another thing I noticed is that a book in this series is published every other year, so does that mean we'll be getting book four in 2022? I don't think I can wait that long. And if we are getting a fourth novel (and I hope we are because in just two weeks Jenna has become my favorite author) may I suggest France (Love & Crepes or Love & Macaroons) or maybe Germany (Love & Pretzels, I looked it up, turns out pretzels are a German food!).
Author Biography
Besides writing, Jenna Evans Welch loves her kids and making messes in the kitchen. She resides in Utah with her husband and two kids. I got that information from Goodreads.
