Luckily, Capitan Jupiter North rescues her, taking her to Nevermoor. There just one problem, shes there illegally and must avoid the Stink at all costs. There is only one way for her to stay safe in Nevermoor, she has to join the Wundous Society. To get in, she'll need to pass four daring trails that will test her bravery, smarts, and talents. But how can she compete against 500 other kids who all have amazing knacks? With the help of her new friends- and enemies- Morrigan will put her life on the line at the chance to finally belong somewhere. 
  This was such an engrossing book that had an amazing description and an even better story. There is currently one other book, Wundersmith: The Calling of Morrigan Crow, which I can't wait to read! The third book in the series, Hollowpox: The Hunt for Morrigan Crow, comes out on January 28, 2020.

They may have been logic and heartache behind the Queen's attempts on the sweet girl's life. The Queen struggles with her looks and the trauma from her childhood helps her accept the fact that she must become the fairest of them all.    This is definitely my favorite version of Snow White! From the Queen's early days as a child to her last moments, Serena Valentino took this seemingly innocent fairy tale and turned it into something dark and twisted.  Ari can't wait to move to Baltimore with his friends. He wants nothing more than to get out of his small seaside town. If only his dad would let him quit his job at the family bakery.
