  Ransom Riggs's first book was The Sherlock Holmes Handbook, which was published in 2009. He has written a total of 11 books which includes two graphic novels and a journal. He is married to Tahereh Mafi who is the author of the Shatter Me series. Ransom Riggs is most know for Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children which was turned into a movie in 2016. 

MOVIE! 

  This frist book in this amazing series that was set to film in 2016. Although not very accurate to the book, the movie was still enjoyable. The carnival scene wasn't in the book but was still my favorite part of the movie.

Quizzes!

  There are so many fun quizzes out there that are related to this book so I've compiled a list of just a few and took each one myself. 
I got 100 percent correct on this quiz. It was pretty simple with a though question here and there. It was mostly asking about basic facts about the storyline.  

Again, 100 percent was my score. It was very simple like the last quiz.

Fairest of All by Serena Valentino

They may have been logic and heartache behind the Queen's attempts on the sweet girl's life. The Queen struggles with her looks and the trauma from her childhood helps her accept the fact that she must become the fairest of them all.    This is definitely my favorite version of Snow White! Bloom by Kevin Panetta

 Ari can't wait to move to Baltimore with his friends. He wants nothing more than to get out of his small seaside town. If only his dad would let him quit his job at the family bakery. While interviewing possible candidates, Ari meets Hector, an easy-going guy who loves baking. As the two work together in the bakery, love starts to bloom. Bloom was an adorable graphic novel. Also, the art in this graphic novel was great! If you looking for two soft boys falling in love, look no farther than Bloom.  Ari absolutely stole my heart away! He was so cute.
